New Ownership. Same Standard.
Glen and Colleen started Carpet Surgeon over 40 years ago. Glen used to park the Carpet Surgeon ambulance van in the Home Depot parking lot and wait for the calls to come in. That's how you build a reputation — one job at a time, no shortcuts.
Justin worked alongside Glen for five years before letting him know he was thinking about going out on his own. Glen's response: "I'm actually retiring and looking to sell." In January 2026, Justin and Sydney took ownership.
Justin didn't stumble into floor care. He grew up in it, and he has 20+ years of hands-on work behind him. He and Sydney got married in October 2024, and just over a year later they bought Carpet Surgeon together, building something of their own on 40 years of trust.
Justin handles the phones, scheduling, and field operations alongside our technicians. Sydney runs the back end. You're not calling a franchise or a national chain. When you call, you get us.

Chief of Staff.
Every great business has a secret weapon. Ours has four legs and an endless amount of enthusiasm. Klaus is our Chief of Staff — and he takes his job very seriously.
He supervises operations from home, provides critical morale support, and ensures the house is secure while Justin is out on jobs.
Holds Down the Fort
Klaus stays home and guards the house while Justin is out on jobs. Very important work.
Quality Control Inspector
He personally inspects every room after we finish. His standards are extremely high.
