Glen and Colleen started Carpet Surgeon over 40 years ago. Glen used to park the Carpet Surgeon ambulance van in the Home Depot parking lot and wait for the calls to come in. That's how you build a reputation — one job at a time, no shortcuts.
Justin worked alongside Glen for five years before letting him know he was thinking about going out on his own. Glen's response: "I'm actually retiring and looking to sell." In January 2026, Justin and Sydney took ownership.
Justin handles the phones, scheduling, and field operations alongside our technicians. Sydney runs the back end. When you call, you get us.
