Carpet Surgeon's Legacy Continues

Glen and Colleen founded Carpet Surgeon with a simple belief: do the job right, treat people honestly, and stand behind your work. Over time, they built more than a company, they built trust with Portland families and companies. That trust is what drew me here.

I grew up in the carpet cleaning and repair world, working alongside my dad in his own business. I learned early that quality, attention to detail, and respect for someone’s home matter. When I moved to Oregon, I wasn’t looking for just any job, I was looking for a company that shared those same values. I found that the moment I met Glen at the Carpet Surgeon.

Working side by side with Glen for five years, I learned the standards that made this company what it is. As Glen and Colleen prepared for retirement, we stepped in — not to change what worked, but to protect it. Our goal wasn’t to start something new. It was to carry on a legacy.

Today, Carpet Surgeon continues with the same craftsmanship, honesty, and care it’s been known for, now led by a husband-and-wife team fully invested in its future. I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience, and Sydney brings her strength in organization, operations, and long-term planning.

It’s an honor to carry this legacy forward and keep Carpet Surgeon trusted for generations to come.

Make A Great First Impression

Most companies know the value of making a good first impression. Your waiting room or reception area says a lot about your business. A clean and calm waiting room shows clients that you care and creates a positive first impression. And since these spaces are high-traffic areas, it’s important to give them the attention they deserve when it comes to cleaning.
