Meet Justin & Sydney
Justin didn't just stumble into the floor care business — he grew up in it. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, he's seen just about every carpet, tile, and hardwood problem Portland homes can throw at him.
In October 2024, Justin and Sydney got married. In January 2025, they bought Carpet Surgeon together — building something of their own with a business that already had over 40 years of trust behind it.

He supervises operations from home, provides critical morale support, and ensures the house is secure while Justin is out on jobs.

Klaus stays home and guards the house while Justin is out on jobs. Very important work.

He personally inspects every room after we finish. His standards are extremely high.
